Lost and found policy

Perishable items will be held for no more than five (5) days at the administration office.

Identity documents (such as ID cards, identity cards, passports, driver’s licenses, and vehicle registration cards) will be kept for no more than three (3) months. After this period, the documents will be handed over to a Police Station along with a report and an official record.

Bank cards, cooperative cards, membership cards, access badges, and similar items will be kept for no more than one (1) month, after which they will be destroyed.

Vehicle or motorcycle keys will be stored for no more than two (2) months.

Other items not classified in the above categories will be kept for no more than one (1) month.
